How it works:
With our Ticket+ option, you can collect your food and drink voucher at the gate if you’ve pre-purchased. If you’re buying on the day, simply purchase your Ticket+ at the bar, and you’ll receive a food voucher to redeem at the canteen.

Waiver

If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.

In the event that you are unable to attend, five days or less before the event, we are unable to offer a refund. For cancellations more than five days ahead of the event we will be able to offer you an alternatively date or a refund.
